Here is a list of our upcoming grill classes. We will be constantly adding new classes so please check back or sign up to be on our e-mail list and we will notify you when we add new classes. We hold our classes both inside and outside weather permitting. Don`t forget our kitchen and patio are available for your own private event.Thank you for your interest!
Payment for classes must be made at time of reservation. If you need to cancel you must do so at least 72 hours before the class for a full refund. Thanks for respecting this policy as we have a number of fixed costs for each class. You can always send a friend in your place.
Thursday April 9th 7pm
??This is the second part of our series with Oakton Community College. Classes are held here at our shop but you must call Oakton at 847-982-9888 to sign up. This will be a Seafood Class that will help you learn some simple recipes that make grilling fish and shellfish really easy. The third part of the series is on May 7th and it is a Steak Class.

Join us for a beer dinner with Firestone Walker who has been brewing beer in Santa Barbara since 1996. This will be a four course meal paired with 5 different beers. Rob Salitore from Firestone Walker will be on hand to discuss their beer and their history. Cost $50

Join us for a Big Green Egg Class. Learn what makes the Egg the world's greatest grill/smoker. we will smoke some pork, sear some steaks, grill some chicken and even fire some pizzas! Cost $40

Join us for a Beer Dinner with New Belgium Brewing. New Belgium has been brewing beer since 1989 and most people know of their Fat Tire Beer. This will be a four course meal paired with 5 of their award winning beers. I already have a keg of their Lips of Faith Cocoa Mole stashed for dessert! Brian Stanek from New Belgium will be on hand to discuss the brewery and its beers. Cost $50 per person
Saturday June 6th Noon
Join us for a Butt and Brisket Class with Chris Marks. Chris comes from Kansas City and has won the American Royal 8 times! He now works with and designs The Good One line of smokers and grills. Learn some great secrets on how to smoke your butts and briskets the right way, low and slow. Call shop to reserve your spot. This class fills up fast! Cost $75
