Here is a list of our upcoming grill classes. We will be constantly adding new classes so please check back or sign up to be on our e-mail list and we will notify you when we add new classes. We hold our classes both inside and outside weather permitting. Don`t forget our kitchen and patio are available for your own private event.Thank you for your interest!

Payment for classes must be made at time of reservation. If you need to cancel you must do so at least 72 hours before the class for a full refund. Thanks for respecting this policy as we have a number of fixed costs for each class. You can always send a friend in your place.


Saturday January 3rd 1pm Sold Out!
Join us for a Big Green Egg Class. Learn what makes the Egg the world's greatest grill/smoker. We will smoke pork, grill chicken, sear steaks and fire some pizzas! Learn the low and slow plus the high temperature searing which makes the Egg the great charcoal grill that it is. Cost $40

Join us for a Dogfish Head Brewery Beer Dinner. Enjoy a four course meal paired with 5 of Dogfish Head's award winning beers. Scott Radford from Mullarkey Distributing will be on hand to discuss the evening's beer selections. This should be a great beer dinner. Call shop to reserve your spot! Cost $50

Saturday January 31st 1pm Sold Out!
Join us for a Rib Class with Dig the Pig competition team. If you want to learn how to smoke ribs the right way, low and slow, this class is for you. The boys will smoke spare ribs, baby backs and rib tips. A great way to spend a winter afternoon. Cost $50
Thursday February 19th 7pm
Join us for a Steak Class with Joe Spera from Al's Market. Joe will cut up an entire loin and show us where we get the different cuts of steak from and then we will grill them on both charcoal and gas to show you how to grill the perfect steak. Cost $60
Friday February 27th 7pm
Join us for a Seafood Class with Chef Phil Siciliano. Learn some simple but tasty recipes that make grilling seafood easy. Menu items include cedar plank salmon, smoked trout and seared tuna salad. Cost $50
