Here is a list of our upcoming grill classes. We will be constantly adding new classes so please check back or sign up to be on our e-mail list and we will notify you when we add new classes. We hold our classes both inside and outside weather permitting. Don`t forget our kitchen and patio are available for your own private event.Thank you for your interest!

Payment for classes must be made at time of reservation. If you need to cancel you must do so at least 72 hours before the class for a full refund. Thanks for respecting this policy as we have a number of fixed costs for each class. You can always send a friend in your place.


Thursday October 8th 7pm

Join us for a Rib Class that will feature smoking baby backs and spare ribs. We will show you how to prep, season and smoke ribs the right way, low and slow. We will also grill some on gas for people that only have a gas grill. This is the second part of our series with Oakton Community College. Class is held in our shop but you must call Oakton at 847-982-9888 to sign up. The third part of the series is a Turkey Class on November 19th!

Friday October 16th 7pm

Join us for a beer dinner with Two Brothers Brewing out of Warrenville, IL Two Brothers has been brewing award winning beer since 1996. This will be a four course meal paired with 5 of their beers. Matt Smith from Two Brothers will be on hand to discuss the evening's selections. Cost $50

Saturday November 7th 2pm
Join us for a Big Green Egg Class. Learn what makes the Egg the World's greatest smoker/grill. We will smoke some pork, grill some chicken, sear some steaks and even fire some pizzas. Cost $40
Thursday November 12 7pm
Join us for a Steak Class with Joe Spera from Al's Market. Joe will cut up an entire loin and show us where we get the different cuts of steak from and then we will show you how to grill the perfect steak on both charcoal and gas. Cost $60
Thursday November 19th 7pm
This is the third part of our series with Oakton College and it is a Turkey Class. We will do cook a turkey on gas, one on charcoal and one on the rotisserie. Learn how to do the turkey outside and free up your oven for other Thanksgiving treats. Class will be held in our store but you must call Oakton at 847-982-9888 to sign up for the class.



We want to thank you all for having a great interest in our grilling classes. They have really been a lot of fun and we will try and schedule a few new ones soon...
