Here is a list of our upcoming grill classes. We will be constantly adding new classes so please check back or sign up to be on our e-mail list and we will notify you when we add new classes. We hold our classes both inside and outside weather permitting. Don`t forget our kitchen and patio are available for your own private event.Thank you for your interest!

Payment for classes must be made at time of reservation. If you need to cancel you must do so at least 72 hours before the class for a full refund. Thanks for respecting this policy as we have a number of fixed costs for each class. You can always send a friend in your place.


Friday January 22nd 7pm  Sold Out
Join us for a Beer Dinner with Revolution Brewing from our very own Chicago. Revolution has been brewing awesome beer since 2010. This will be a four course BBQ meal paired with 5 of their beers. There will be a representative from Revolution on hand to discuss the evening's pairings. Cost $50

Saturday February 6th 2pm
Join us for a Rib Class with Dig the Pig Competition Team. The guys will smoke spares, baby backs and rib tips and show you the secrets to getting competition ribs on your backyard smoker. It is a great way to spend a winter afternoon. Cost $50

Friday February 12th 7pm
Join us for a wine tasting event with Michael LaRoque from WineBow. We will be tasting 6 different wines from Alta and Catena pairing them with some small plates of grilled foods from Chef Phil Siciliano. Michael will lead us thru the wines and all will be available at discounted prices. A great evening of food and wine for $25. Reservations required!

Saturday February 20th  2pm
Join us for an afternoon Pizza Class. Chef Philly will show you how to make pizza from scratch. We will show you how to make the dough, roll out the dough and then fire the pizzas on both charcoal and gas on pizza stones and pans. You will never do pizza in the oven again. Cost $30
