Ingredients
Large Jalapenos
Cream Cheese
Sliced Bacon
Your favorite BBQ Rub
Preparation
Slice off top of Jalapeno and core out the insides removing the seeds and membrane. Stuff with cream cheese. Wrap with a slice of bacon starting at the top of the jalapeno covering the cream cheese and wrapping around the jalapeno. Secure bacon with a toothpick. Sprinkle with your favorite BBQ rub.
Pre-heat grill or smoker to a medium heat. Cook directly, turning frequently, for about 30 minutes or until the bacon is crisp. remove from grill and let rest for about 10 minutes as the cream cheese filling is very hot. Serve and have plenty of beer on hand!
